ABOUT PENINSULA TEEN OPERA

Bridging the gap between children’s and professional theater companies, Peninsula Teen Opera (PTO) gives teens the theatrical skills needed to excel in a wide range of opera and operetta productions. It is the only organization of its kind in this country conceived strictly for teenagers. PTO’s mission is teens performing opera for teens. Its goal is not only to broaden music education for teenagers, but also to expose teen audiences to this beautiful genre of music and give birth to a new opera audience.
